Senior Internal Auditor (Actuarial) – Madrid Híbrido

Functionally reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor will be responsible for running and leading end to end internal audits in alignment with the Internal Audit methodology.

He/she will identify and communicate issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk. He/she will ensure adherence to Internal Audit policies and procedures.


  • Assisting with the annual plan and the quarterly audit plan status report.
  • Assisting with the delivery of end to end operational internal audits. This will include scoping, planning, testing and writing reports that enhance the Company’s success and control environment.
  • Conduct wrap up meetings and inform leadership of audit findings.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with members of the Senior Executive Team, co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engaging in cross functional projects.



  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in with specialization in a business-related field (preferably Actuarial Sciences).
  • Proven experience in the actuarial and/or audit fields at least 5 years.
  • Have a detailed understanding of risk and controls and be able to articulate this with non-internal audit professionals.

  • Travel up to 25% of the year (both domestic and international).


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills (Spanish / English).
